Australia is a country that loves the outdoors. We barbeque, we bushwalk, we swim, we fish and we camp. We have gorgeous weather which makes the outdoors so appealing. Our way of life is based around the outdoors and it has become part of our culture as a nation. Here are some shots I took on the weekend around Kiama NSW of people enjoying the outdoors.

Oooh, this gives me a nice vacation feel 🙂 May I ask which program you use for the template/collage? I use ones in Lightroom but a friend is looking for a program to use outside of Lightroom.
I just used the WordPress Gallery.. When you go to add media, look up the top and you can create a gallery.. does it all for you.. It’s great 🙂
OMG, I had no idea!! Thanks!
I’ve just found it the last week too lol.. Have fun playing with it.. there’s a drop down box that allows you to choose the style of the gallery… I think I chose mosaic but have a play 🙂
Awesome 🙂
Love your beautiful country. We had a wonderful trip there and we are considering renting a home in Sydney to experience Australia for a longer period of time. Lovely photos!
It’s a great place to live. If you do end up living here for a while, I’m sure you will love the lifestyle.. We’re very lucky that’s for sure 🙂
Thanks for liking my post on Culture! You are right, the outdoor culture of Australia cannnot be missed and the country is blessed with the sea and the bushland. You may be interested in my post:

I do love being outdoors, though it does help if the weather is good.
It was a lovely weekend wasn’t it 🙂
It was glorious… aren’t we lucky to live in paradise 🙂
Ok WOW! I say WOW!
Australia IS on my bucket list, no more so than ever!
Your images capture the beauty and fun beautifully!
you would love it.. I grew up beside the beach and took that lifestyle for granted. It was so nice to see everyone enjoying it when I was there on the weekend.. We’re very lucky here 🙂
One of the things we noticed when visiting Australia was how oriented the people were to life in the outdoors. Sort of like California in the US. Great weather certainly makes a difference, doesn’t it?!
Definitely Tina. Although I live in the Blue Mountains where the weather isn’t as warm as other places but it’s still ingrained in people to be outside. I’ve seen them sitting on the outside pavements in the snow lol. Still, it has a beauty of it’s own regardless of the weather.
We visited the Blue Mountains while we were there and even did the tram ride by the 3 sisters and a guided night walk. A wonderful place!
