Windows.. I have a real soft spot for stained glass windows. They remind me of those beautiful works of art we made at school that had bright pastel colors underneath it and black paint over the top.. Then you scratch a picture into the black paint making a rainbow effect. Anyway.. these windows have been taken in my travels over the last year. There is some from the Turkish Bath Museum at Mt Wilson, there is looking out over the city of Xi’an from the city wall, there is a weekend spent at Wentworth Falls and there is a church stained glass window in the underground church at Coober Pedy. It must be my love of bling and all things shiny, but I’d have every window in my house leadlight if I could… Love it.. 🙂
My spouse and I stumbled over here from a different page and thought
I might as well check things out. I like what I see so now i’m following you.
Look forward to going over your web page yet again.
Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4
year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
I’m really impressed with your writing skills and also with the
layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself?
Either way keep up the nice quality writing,
it is rare to see a nice blog like this one today.
HI.. thank you for your kind words.. I have customised this myself. It is a free theme still. 🙂
