I shifted into my home just over a year ago and since then, I’ve made a habit of taking a photo of my tree outside every few days.  Every morning, I like to make myself a cup of tea and then take it out onto the porch to look at my tree.  Because I see it every day I don’t necessarily notice the changes in it.  But when I look at photos, I see how quickly it really does change.  I love every season of it.  The bare branches in winter are beautiful, yet in summer with it’s thick lush green foliage, it brightens up my whole morning.  Last spring we had an unexpected snowfall and the branches were laden with snow.  Every season of this tree is as beautiful as the last.. I love it.  I’ll keep taking photos of it as it changes.  It’s a  habit I have no intention of breaking.
